Limited companies and LLPs trading primarily in the East of England, outside the list of excluded sectors. Contact us to discuss whether the programme may fit your business. Sole traders are not eligible for this programme.
£25,000 to £2 million per facility. We look at fewer, larger loans than an asset-finance lender — so very small requests below £25,000 are not a fit.
Competitive fixed rates — contact us for indicative terms. Arrangement fee is 2.5%* of the facility amount, charged on drawdown. No early-repayment penalty applies after the first 24 months.

Typically four to six weeks from a complete application to drawdown. Indicative terms are usually provided within two weeks of a full submission.
EEIF facilities are typically secured by a debenture over the borrower and, where appropriate, personal guarantees from principal directors. We underwrite the business, not just the collateral.
Yes — many of our borrowers run EEIF facilities alongside an existing bank overdraft or asset-backed line. We can take a second-ranking position where the incumbent lender requires first charge.
We'll always tell you why. Often we can point you at alternative routes within the wider Beechbrook Capital portfolio or in the BBB network. You can reapply once the underlying issue has changed (e.g. more trading history, a specific cashflow event resolved).
