Accessibility statement

This statement applies to the Eastmeare Financing website and borrower portal. Beechbrook Capital LLP is committed to making its digital services accessible and to providing reasonable adjustments for disabled people.

Our accessibility standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 (WCAG 2.2) at Level AA as our technical benchmark. We have not yet completed an independent conformance audit, so we do not currently claim full WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance.

Using this service

Our design objective is that people can use the service with a keyboard, zoom the page, adjust browser text settings, and use current screen-reading software. Accessibility can vary according to your browser, device, settings, and assistive technology. If any part of the service is not usable for you, please contact us so that we can help or provide the information in another accessible format.

Known limitations

We do not currently have a verified list of outstanding accessibility issues. This does not mean that the service is free of accessibility barriers. We will update this statement with confirmed limitations and remediation dates following formal testing or a substantiated report.

Report a problem or request an adjustment

Use our accessibility contact page and tell us:

  • the web address (URL) or part of the service concerned;
  • what you were trying to do and what went wrong;
  • the browser, device, and assistive technology you were using, if relevant; and
  • the accessible format or adjustment that would help you.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five working days. We will explain what we can do, provide an accessible alternative where reasonably possible, and give you a timescale for any further work.
